You can edit your app just as making a new one.

If you want to upgrade your app, just make sure to set the version of the new app to higher from the version of the app before.

Also, please note that if you want to upgrade the app, for example, from version 1.1 to 2.0, the compiler will not create a new certification file as google play store required.
